Returns and refunds

Any unused full-price merchandise purchased from Albertinaboutique.com may be returned for a full refund exclusive of shipping if received within 14 days of receipt of shipment. Sale and items purchases with a discount applied are returnable within 14 days of receipt for store-credit only. Refunds will not be issued for these items.

All returns must be requested by contacting info@Albertinaboutique.com prior to return shipment. Items sent for return or exchange must be in original condition, unused with all tags in place. Please ensure returned items are packaged safely in either the original shipping box or a comparable carton. Albertina retains the right to deny returns on merchandise that is not received in saleable condition. We cannot accept returns which are damaged or lost in transit or that are received after 14 days of receipt. Return shipment costs are the responsibility of the customer except where an item is deemed faulty. When refunds are issued they will be applied to the original purchaser via the same method that payment was received, minus original shipping costs. Albertina Boutique is unable to refund any customs or duties incurred on items shipped outside Israel.

Final Sale and any special order items are FINAL SALE and cannot be exchanged or returned.

RETURN SHIPPING

All returns must be authorized by Albertina prior to return shipping. We do not accept returns which are sent without prior authorization. Please email us at info@Albertinaboutiquee.com with your order details for a return number and shipping instructions.

The cost of return shipping is at the customer’s expense, except in the case where an item is deemed faulty. Please note that returns received with duties, tariffs or import taxes attached will be refused. It is the shipper’s responsibility to ensure that returns are sent free of c.o.d. restrictions.

Refunds & exchange will be made within 5 business days of receipt of goods, via the same means by which original payment was made. In the case of repairs and warranty claims, these items will be assessed within the same time-frame.

Custom and personalized orders

Gift wrapping and packaging

I treat each item as if it’s for a gift. Each bag is wrapped with a pink silk paper with a black satin ribbon & a handwritten note.

If you wish I can also add a birthday note

If your order is already done It will be between 1-3 days.
